As a large manufacturing company we will inevitably get overruns on products and sometimes be left with redundant stock if suitable these along with standard product ranges will be listed on ebay for sale
we offer all products at our best prices for the small volumes available. these are set on our sales system and therefore all listings are non negotionable on price
we have a set consignment rate with our courier for a set size parcel, we will sell goods to fit into these consignment sizes as foam is expensive to post, therefore we will not split items if in multiples, or offer cheaper postage if more than one item is ordered.
As the ebay and direct sales is a small part of our business we deal with it outside the general administration of the factory. therefore the contact information is different and is below .

Ebay Sales Enquiries
Please note our sales staff for ebay work part time and do not
always work from the factory premises if you phone our switchboard
you may not get through to the staff on the ebay sales team. our
switchboard is dedicated to our contract customers, the ebay account
although part of comfortex is ran as a totally separate company
to the rest of comfortex.
the best way to get an answer to your ebay enquiry is to use
the ebay message service shown on our listings as either "contact
member" on the com4tex ebay profile or as the "ask seller
a question" option all of our ebay listings,

at the bottom of a page listing.
